We had a wonderful full day tour to Segesta and Erice from Palermo. Georgio was our driver/ guide and he gave us a great potted history of Sicily. He was full of knowledge, answered all our questions in great depth and was good fun to be with. He was a very safe driver. Visiting Segesta was an amazing experience not to be missed. The temple was stunning. We had a delicious lunch and afternoon tea in Erice and took the cable car down from the mountain . I have no hesitation in highly recommending this tour for some one who enjoys history and amazing scenery.

My wife and I failed to make plans before arriving in Palermo. After being put in touch with Giorgio and Palermo Walks, we devised a 14-hour, chauffeured tour of three sites: Taromina, the Villa Romana and Catania with only a days notice. Our driver, guide and private historian, Giorgio, gave us a fantastic tour in a very comfortable car with fantastic conversation. It was a fantastic day and really made our trip a success.

If you are looking for someone to do tours with, look no further, you have found the perfect one to use. We were traveling with a 3 year old which can at times be difficult and were unsure if we would be able to get to other places or if we could even use a tour company with a toddler. We were fortunate to find Palermo Walks tour company, who took care of everything. Our driver Stefano was brilliant and the perfect person for the holiday. In addition his English was excellent which was the most important thing as my Italian is very limited. Stefano has an extensive knowledge of Sicilian culture and history which he happily shared with us during our journey to each destination. If you are traveling with children he his the driver that you should ask for as he brilliant with children, especially our very shy little Isabella. We were so grateful for all of Stefano's recommendations in relation to must see sites, the most significant places to visit and the best places to eat throughout our daily tours. Traveling with a toddler can be difficult as they get tired quickly, want food immediately and at times won't co-operate when we have to leave. Nothing was a problem with Stefano, who understood that the most important thing was keeping Isabella happy. It was a blessing that Stefano allowed us to extend our tour times when necessary to accomodate Isabella's temperament. And we sincerely apologise for several occasions when she wouldn't co-operate at all. It was a fantastic holiday in Palermo and thanks to Stefano we did get to see all the important things that we wanted to see. Our tours included Cefalu, Erice, Segrestre and we passed through Trapani. We also used the the tour for our transfer to Catania due to the amount of luggage that we had. It was the perfect decision and made things so much easier than catching taxis, trains and buses. The tour bus was immaculate and the perfect size, allowing myself, Isabella and Nonna to travel in comfort the entire time. And most importantly Stefano was always on time, waited patiently for us whilst we had a quick look around and was always flexible if we wanted to make changes. For example we spent longer looking at a church and had only booked the tour for 5 hours, when I called and ask if we could extend the tour by an hour so we could take our time to eat it wasn't a problem. My compliments to your company for employing Stefano, he is an absolute asset to your company and as a result made our time in Palermo the best holiday to date. We have travelled with many companies throughout Italy, however Palermo Walks has been exceptional. If you are lucky enough to get Stefano on a tour I highly recommend that you pay a little extra to get Stefano to accompany you at each location as your own personal tour guide. On this occasion it wasn't possible as Isabella wanted to constantly stop for gelato, but when we return I will be ensuring that we book Stefano for everything including tour guide. Thank you so much for everything and thank you so much Stefano, we will dearly miss you, but look forward to seeing you on our next visit.
