One of the worst tour guides I've ever had. She asked the private security guard (not library staff) whether I could look at a book in the library. The only unique items were the local puppets. When the mafia was running Sicily, people probably had more common sense, but today, the Catholic Church has only the EU for competition, and both entities are enamored with procedures and processes. Year after year you would look at ruined fassades around here, now a private iniciative has turned this palace into a jewel again and is still wroking on it. Congratulations on this piece of art, we loeved it!

We enjoyed a lot the guided tour in the Branciforte museum. There were interesting exhibits and the guide quite dedicated. Especially the puppets made a quite impression. Definitely worth to visit

Palazzo Branciforte is a museum and one of my favourite places in Palermo. It has several collections, the one I like the most is the archaeological on the ground floor. Definitely worth it.

Great meal! I've been there this summer for a special lunch with my other half,we fell in love with all the dishes very well introduced and " explained " by a high qualified and kind waitress. From starters to desserts it been an escalation of taste and mixed flavours,Amazingly done by the Chef Billeci. Everything have been served in a peaceful location, deep into the heart of Palermo, surrounded by history and art. Special mention for " Tortelli neri con ripieno di capesante e stracciatella di bufala ed emulsione di ricci " simply speechless,I couldn't figure out the taste until I've eaten! Not just food but an experience! Highly recommend Thanks!
