This cathedral is spectacular inside and out and well worth a visit. It is beautifully maintained- I am not knowleagable about architecture but am able to appreciate the amazingness of how such places were designed and built so long ago,

The cathedral is beautiful and the place is crowded by relaxed people sitting around talking, listening to music etc.

A huge building with a plainer interior than most of the baroque churches in Palermo. It also has an amazing silver altar to santa Rosalia. The external architecture is a wonderful time behold.
