Excellent view over Verona and surrounding mountains. Has a good café bar with terrace so you can relax whilst taking in the view. take the funicular up and walk back down for an interesting trip when in Verona.

We took the funicular which was 4 euros. This brings you up to have breathtaking views of Verona from each and every angle. You do not go in any castle, it is just about the views which are well worth your trouble.

A bit of an upward trek but the view looking back over Verona is well worth it. Make sure to take a camera!

It is 300 metres and about 7 minutes to walk. I didn't count the steps though :-)
