We discovered Giardino Guisti after reading the Easyjet in-flight magazine on the way to Venice. This is an amazing place, on a par with the other key attractions in Verona. The gardens are exquisite, from the top of the gardens you get a wonderful panoramic...More

An oasis of peace and calm awaits beyond the ornate gates; I pretty much the entire garden to myself. This Italian Renaissance garden was planted in 1580. The terraces climb gently up the hill to the belvedere providing expansive vistas of the surrounding landscape. Wandering...More

It was interesting to see a formal garden from hundreds of years ago. While it isn't perfectly manicured, it is maintained and pleasant to visit. We tramped all over the place. The only negative is that if a large tour group shows up, it is...More

We chose to visit here on the last day of our holiday which had been full of historic sites, travel and walking. It was easy to find as it was signposted along the way. The palace is also worth a look around. Beautifully laid out,...More

Loved these amazing gardens with incredible design and amazing views from the top that look out across Verona. Peaceful and beautiful gardens with impressive design and layout. Slightly tough walking up to the top in the heat but well worth it

Green oasis is a bit of a cliche, but if you’re churched out the Giardino Giusti is a quiet spot with shady trees and benches every now and then for a contemplative moment or two. The wealthy Giusti family laid out this formal garden, with...More

We were extremely hot and tired by the time we walked to the Giusti Palace and Gardens. We explored for some time and then rested in the shade. It was uncrowded and well maintained.

The Palazzo Giardino Giusti gardens were lush with shruberies and flowers. 600 year old Italian Cypres trees where tall and vibrant green, the maze of hedges were fun to explore.

Bit of an unexpected find for us but definitely one of the best things to do in Verona. Not that busy. If you like looking at gardens this is the place to go.

We were very surprised by this garden so close to Citta Antica. Truly beautiful ! Labirinth, cypresses, castle inside etc. Our Monday gem before leaving Verona! Must see!

There was none we could see, no , but we walked from the centre of Verona, not far if you are able. Definitely no parking at the gardens. Well worth a visit though.
