Booked via TripAdvisor, but did not receive any confirmation, although they took my money. Without a confirmation could not go on trip - WANT MY MONEY BACK, please!

I've taken the hop on hop off in about 10 different cities all over the world and it's one of my favourite things to do in a new city. For Verona, I don't really think it's necessary. The city is quite small and the main...More

The service was friendly and the bus and driver were excellent. However, the view from the bus is very limited. Furthermore, it was impossible to get on and off during the tour (peak season) because all the buses were full. Overall, it would be better...More

A beautiful romantic city. Many historical buildings in the city including Juliet’s balcony from Romeo and Juliet. A delightful market right in the centre of town with many from stands , so delicious

We've used city sightseeing in various locations around the world and the Verona experience was equally as good in what is a truly beautiful city. Two routes that cover all of the main locations you would want to see as a first time tourist. Price...More

The buses were on time and the headsets worked well. We did both lines and enjoyed both. We were able to walk up and purchase tickets easily. The taped tour was very informative.

We took the bus along the red line. Because the bus is large and the streets are narrow it does not enter the historic center of the city.

We went to Verona for our 40th wedding anniversary and because of the connection with Romeo and Juliet, thought it would be the perfect romantic getaway. We were not disappointed, this is a very beautiful city and is easily explored on foot to take in...More
