It's a little out of the way but worth finding. It offers a number of works by famous artists in their original setting. There's a Traghetto landing just north of the San Toma Vaperetto stop for a convenient way to cross the Grand Canal.

I am disappointed at the various basilica's here - perhaps because I have seen some that are fabulous with wonderful artwork and kept in better condition. It is a personal issue, I expect.

I got totally lost trying to find this church but it was worth the effort. Amazing to see Titian tomb and other artist greats. Grand ambience and a big different than other church's. Titian's high alter piece is amazing
