This garden is small, shady and free. However it's up a very steep hill. It's probably at its best in the spring. Worth a look if you are in the vicinity but not worth a long detour.

We went because we know a bit about plants, and it has a link with the University so we thought it would be, as it says, a botanic garden, i.e. things set out in groups of similar genus and lots of labels. Far from it....More
