In the front of the Palazzo della Pilotta a huge square, with statues - partisan and Verdi. Unfortunately this time there was some building, digging activity in the Piazzale, so it lost its magnet.

You have to cross this square on your way to the Fornese Theater. The statue of an Italian partisan is ok and that's about it.

It is really nice place. Looking wonderful at photos. But be careful here. There are some weird people around.

Lots of space for kids to play, they can chase each other while you sit on the grass and enjoy a quick (but delicious) bite of your panino, but: if you are a parent, be careful of the weird looking young (or not so young)...More
