Very nice museum, the armoury was the most interesting part by far. With a price of only 5 euros for an adult, a great price for the items in exhibition. I entered in the early morning, had most rooms for myself, besides the guards constantly...More

This was a museum very much for those who like that kind of thing. Would not suit everyone but it was full of interesting items too numerous to mention.

Museum design has progressed through 3 generations since this one was designed. There are even some exhibits displayed in drawers (textiles). There are static exhibits of weapons and artifacts with no story about one of the greatest medieval cities in Europe. Maybe since so much...More

We enjoyed our visit to this small museum in Bologna. The collection is not large but what they have is interesting. It gives you some of the history of Bologna. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
