This little garden is tucked in amongst some impressive government buildings. It’s a little paradise that makes a lovely stop along your walk to the very busy Piazza della Republica.

As a part of a residential complex of the Palazzo del Quirinale, you can visit this small, hidden paradise by booking the tour of the palace. It is an exquisite park with many wonderful spots and details worth visiting.

Gerry was a lovely guy, very helpful and patient. I, however, am not patient when I have arrived from London and have to wait an hour and a half for someone to turn up with a key to let me in.

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only
way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The
Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas
in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s
famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to
its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub,
Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot
vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
