One of the amazing basilicas of Rome, nearby Rome Termini. Glorious.Don't miss the new bronzedoors created by Igor Mitoraj in 2006 of John the Baptist and a five metre high bronze statue of Galileo Galilei Divine Man in the coutyard.

On outside appearance you would never venture in but you would be quiet shocked and pleasantly surprised . Some brilliant works of art high ceiling decor . No touts no ques no entrance fee well worth a visit ,

Located very close to Rome’s Termini, the Basilica is a place which shouldn’t be avoided during your Rome’s Trip. This ancient and collossal place is indeed worth your visit.
