We went there to watch the worldcup match. On a big sign they say „happy hour - every day between 18.00 und 22.00“ that doesn‘t count for Soccer matches. You‘ll recognize it when you get the bill. During the Second half the owner forced everyone...More

Almalu is a hole in the wall type of place with awesome employees and great specials. They have original and out there drinks/shots that are fun to try. The more you get to know the staff, the more fun the place becomes!

Great little bar in the Trastevere area. Friendly staff and in particular Alleso always had a chat while serving our drinks. The music was great. Well worth a visit

Stumbled across this place trying to find a reasonably priced spritz. It was empty except for us while we were there. A good long island iced tea and the owner and staff were both very friendly, providing crisps and general chat. One BIG downside though...More

The place is small and cozy with nice music to enjoy and have a good time! The cocktails are great and in very good prices if you go during happy hour (5 and 6 euros) and the beer also cheap (3,5euros). The barmen were fast...More

Been to Almalu a few times in the past 4 years and it is always a good time. Sometimes it is a crazy party night with people from all over the world. Sometimes it is a relaxing night watching people walk through Trastevere. They have...More

The bar staff were incredibly friendly and chatty. The owner asked what flavours we liked and made us cocktails to suit, which were spot on. So good that we went back again. They have special offers most nights making it affordable. Such a lovely atmosphere...More

Nothing much to add to the title, it was happy hour so a nice reduction to 5 euros for the drink. Would definitely go back for more.
