This is the only way I travel from airport to train station,taxis are way to expensive unless you have a few people to split the cost for me being a solo traveler this makes better sense

A lot can depend on your exit gate. It is very near the terminal exit but alow thirty minutes. Trains are regular and I would be surprised if you had to wait long. It is by far the best way into central Rome.
