The tradition of representing the Holy Family as true art lives on in this narrow street, which is crowded on both sides with hundreds of artisan workshops with colorful displays of Nativity scenes.

Such a special and unmissable place in Naples. The shops and the goods they sell are gorgeous, it is heaven for a christmas lover! You can get all sorts of decoration pieces, and even find some that are artwork quality.

This is an amazing place full of hand made Christmas cribs. I love so much and enjoy a lot. This is an unique place and really deserves a visit. You won't regret.

Naples is a very busy place with lots of tourists and locals (and plenty of warnings about pick pockets) and this is one of the main strips. It has plenty to buy, mostly chillies (good luck charms in Naples) and figurines of Mr Punch (in...More

Our trip there was disappointing. Many of the shops sell versions of the same items. Some were poorly made. I believe you can find better quality and buys in Sorrento.

Was fascinated by the work of art these artisans do. The cribs were just amazing in different shapes and sizes. One cannot mention the different personalities made of clay which adorn these unique cribs.

My partner and I went to this street while wandering around Spaccanapoli. The street is not very long, most shops sell the same souvenirs (small horns or cornetto, key chains, postcards etc) but there are also some special nativity scenes which were truly beautiful, some...More

The Presepi (nativities) were beautifully done and was so nice to be able to look without people pressuring sales (like so many other places in Italy). This stretch of road was a highlight of our day in Naples and bought a hand made set that...More

Before heading down Christmas Alley our tour guy stopped us and reminded us to be conscious of our surroundings and personal belongings (pick pockets). Now granite this is something you need to be aware of all the time, no matter where your at, but we...More

The street is lined with small shops and they may be closed on Sundays and holidays. I would suggest emailing your hotel and inquiring there.
