If you have but one day to spend in Capri, you should visit other things. Take in the hiking trail to the Villa Jovis, for example. If you are there for a few days and looking for something unique, by all means visit the BG....More

Worth seeing. Beautiful setting Went on a boat trip around the islands coast. Busy I'm sure in peak season. We went in May and Capri island was quite busy

On your way to the Blue lagoon in the trip around Capri island you see many Grottos with different colours and this one is in my opinion the best. Lovely green colour reflecting in the water

This grotto is not as big as the Blue Grotto so you can't actually go inside, but be amazed by the water which is an amazing shade of green.

Go here before the blue grotto or you will wonder why you came. As a spectacle to see nature at work fine but very much weather dependent to give the green colour

We had a private boat tour of Capri, and the driver told us about this place. We got to swim through it, and it was stunning. The water was super clear, and it was a special spot that my partner and I now share together....More

My husband & I hired a boat/captain for a few hours. We had a fabulous time and were able to do the Green Grotta as the Blue was closed (again!) Our captain was fabulous and took us all around Capri & in/out of several quaint...More

I have never seen water as vividly emerald green as in the Green Grotto, and our visit was on a grey, overcast day. We used a 1 hour island boat trip from Capri Harbour, without the extra option of a Blue Grotto tour, and it...More

I don't think the Green Grotto is a stand-alone visit but is part of the Blue Grotto Tour that is advertised. I found it beautiful as part of the total experience although the Green Grotto in Amalfi was more interesting for me. The good thing...More

We accessed the Green Grotto via boat and it is beautiful but am sure there are more spectacular grottos but still worth it. The Blue grotto [which I wasn't able to enter because of the tides] is an experience based on... More
