14 euros on a boat from the main marina and then transfer to a rowing boat to see the cave, another 14 euros. The cave was over in 2 minutes and both sets of boats wanted a tip. Sad tourist trap which is not worth...More

Nice boat trip from the town to the caves. You then transfer to rowing boats, pay the entrance fee and are rowed into the caves. It is very busy with many boats outside waiting for their passengers to be transferred to the rowing boats. Inevitably...More

When the boat gets to the grotto you have to wait until boarding a small wooden row boat: three in the back and one up front. Then wait until the sailor decides to go into the grotto when the waves let the water go down...More

We were in Capri for one day and this was the first sight we visited. A larger boat transferred us close to the Grotto and we hopped into a small boat which took us inside the Grotto. It was magical! However due to the rising...More

What an absolutely stunning Grotto! Fortunately the sun was out when we went and what a sight! Pictures don't do justice...definitely a MUST-SEE!

Everyone goes to the Blue Grotto at least once. I'd been before, so I held bags and coats for my friends this time.

Yes, yes..this is a very touristy destintation..but...we had been to Capri before and had been talked out of doing the Blue Grotto and somehow we always felt cheated. So, just go with it and check it off your bucket list. We rented a boat and...More

Having seen many pictures of this 'wonderous' blue cave can't begin to describe my disappointment. After a long wait we discovered it was nothing but a dark dingy cave with the water a nice blue when the light shines on it. Big tourist money maker...More

The Blue Grotto is incredible to see but the the wait in line and the short time inside is somewhat deflating. Luckily the ride to the grotto is long and full of great sights, small caves, a splendid natural arch and a good view of...More

I can't answer on the difference between the three grottos. I'm sure that they are all beautiful. We did Capri in one day. We saw the Blue Grotto, Anacapri, Marina Piccola, and Capri's Town Center.
