The grotta azzurra is beautiful and worth the visit, but with a few annoying points. Few tips: 1- if you go in the group boat (€15) it can take up to 1:30h for you to get in the grotta after you arrive due to the...More

When I visited Capri, I thought I had to go here, and fortunately I could visit there. I arrived on the boat about half an hour and I changed to a small ship, and in the process I found a little strange. When they wanted...More

The challenge with the "blue grotto" is getting inside... you want to be at or near low tide and there's usually a queue. The "Gira del Isola" usually stop here and offer you the chance to enter (for an extra 14 EUR /person). You transfer...More

We were really lucky that on arrival there wasn’t any queues, we got straight into a row boat and paid our tickets. You’re only in the blue grotto a short while (maybe 5 mins) but it was a fantastic experience, really unusual and the water...More

The most disappointing experience I have ever had. I was really looking forward to seeing the grotto. My husband and I took one of the boats that said Grotto Azzurro trip. The boat took us and the other tourists next to the grotto- we paid...More

One of those things you have to do whilst in Capri, however, when it's busy you can spend a long time waiting for your turn to enter the grotto. Quite expensive for what it is.

Disappointing at best. First my wife and I pay Euro 30 at the main port for a 1-1/2 hour boat tour that advertises also the Blu grotto. Later as we're board rowboats we find out the Blu grotto costs another Euro 28 and then the...More

It will cost you between 15 and €20 per person (including your bus from Anacapri + access fee + tip), but once you get in your boat and inside the cave, it becomes the very best image of what a true azure blue is about....More

Ok. It is beautiful to day the least but getting there will cost you 15 € by boat from the main marine. Going into the cave will cost you 14 more. The stay inside is maybe 4 minutes and is accompanied by the "singing" of...More

You cannot come all the way and not go inside this Grotta. Yes it is expensive for the short while you are inside but I am very happy to have seen it. We were lucky because there were not so many boats on the day...More

I haven't been swimming, but I understand there are opportunities. I suspect it depends on the queue outside of people wanting to get inside. The green and white grottos are less popular (you don't really go inside) and I... More

You can see all the grottoes in one day. Would me sad not to see all. Two days on the island. One day Capri and then wald accros island to Anacapri. Sounds lovely
