Don't go there for hanging at the beach.. you pay 20 Euro for a sunbed which is definitely more than too much! The people are not really friendly. If you walk like 50 meters further there are more beach clubs which look better and where you pay half of the price. Unfortunately Peter's Beach was at our first sight so we went there.

I was hoping to find a nice place to relax. Of course, there are few private beaches in Marina Piccola to go, so there are not too many choices. I had read reviews about Peter´s Beach before going. All were very misleading. I found an expensive narrow beach, crowded and not really a beach but some rocks and little sand. You don´t get to watch the sea honestly. It was very dissapointing and very expensive.

We went several times. The weather was good and this is the best place to make the most of it. The chairs are set up on a pontoon, not on an actual beach, but swimming in the 'dock' in clear deep water is wonderful. However, there is the option of using the small beach area if you have small children. The staff really look after you. You can eat at outside tables or have food and drink brought to you. You have to pay the usual Italian 'beach charges' (reduced in October) but, all in all, it is worth it - the staff do things with style and you feel indulged. If you want a break from all the excursions or, as in our case, just want a place to relax in Sorrento, this is the place to visit.

This is more then a restaurant and bar. Here you feel the real italian coastal vibe. When it’s to hot for you take a swim or try the local beer.

I would only ever consider this if our hotel did not have a pool. This is cement on rocks with umbrellas and sun loungers. Creative way to make money for the owner.
