The tour lasts about an hour. It starts with a short informative video and the a talk by the guide on the history and family. A short tour of the factory which is very high tech , so very little to see. The opportunity to...More

At first, it's necessary to mark that VilaJoyosa smells like chocolate if you retired from the sea into town districts. And if you go towards the source of this smell you will come to Valor factory. So, let's talk about factory and tour. It's very...More

This is a free tour, and well worth a visit. Well organised and had a good guide. Finished off with some free samples and factory shop where the chocolate is much cheaper than the shops.

We visited the Valor museum in august 2018. We had a very nice and proffessional guide! But this was not very interesting for us, and we did not like the chocolate samples. But if you like the Valor chocolate, you will at least like the...More

There is a lift to the shop. We went up lots of stairs and steps for the tour. You would have to ask museum direct if there is another route for the tour.
