If you’re visiting Pamplona during San Fermin make sure you pay a visit to the town hall, always things going on and the atmosphere is just incredible. Surrounded by cafes and bars and not overpriced! Gray little square!
Visited during San Fermin festival, so it was busy following the mornings bull run and we saw the parade of the giants and big heads. All in all an exciting location and the town hall makes an interesting architectural background.
I didn't go in but this square is where everything seems to go on in Pamplona. Lots of cafes and bars as well as space for parades, partying and demonstrations. Well worth the visit and to people watch.
Remember well sitting on top of a bull barrier at the start of the Opening Ceremony in 2005 & being fearful for these packed like sardines in the square. Youths arriving late were forming flying wedges & battering their way in. If anyone had gone...More
I suppose this building is iconic in terms of St.Fermin and the Bull Run - it is essentially where the festivities amass. Small square that must come alive in July. Otherwise a charming piece of architecture.
