This is such a relaxed and well-kept park, which is lovely by day and also lovely by night. It's safe, well laid-out and makes you want to linger.

Good seating and lots of grass space so lots of local families use it which is always a good sign. right next to the Leisure Centre as well for fun bowling and other gym type pursuits.

Alameda Gardens up the hill are much prettier. Commonwealth Park was pretty but bleak, not a very comfortable place to sit a while. Seems like a waste of some amazing historic space.

A lovely relaxing area to wander and sit away from the busy town. A lift is available from the top road access

It’s a very pleasant new park that offers an oasis in the city. The design is good and it’s a great place to take little kids in a stroller. The fish are great

I never tire of walking through this park. It isn't that big but it really is a genuine oasis in the city and it is so well kept it's unbelievable.

I remember this area as a run down car park, the transformation is amazing, a beautiful garden with ponds and play area just off the bustle of Main Street, well worth a short visit.

A real little man made park that is very well kept and a place to chill and a handy short cut from town to marina
