We sat on the bench under the tree on the left in the photo . . . . . . .

. . . . . and ate our picnic lunch whilst admiring this huge monument in the middle of Africa Square. It is beautifully carved and intricately decorated. A credit to its provider.

This 19th Century Monument is the focal point of the Square and indeed the Town. Very well lit up at night.
