Decent bar - but not to my taste.

The Taxman Beatles Bar is certainly a different style of bar in Leon, and I've no doubt that it is very popular.
Personally it didn't suit me because, although I don't mind the style of the bar, I really don't like modern bars that assume we all want to drink strong designer beers. By all means have Brewdog and the like, but at least have an ordinary, preferably local cooking beer as well, for those who don't want 5% or 6% beers.

Friendly interesting bar

We had a nightcap at this bar. Being from Liverpool, living not far from Penny Lane, it was a must see! The owner was friendly and thrilled we were from Liverpool. He has a lot of memorabilia on the walls, have a look at his own recreation of the abbey road album sleeve (Babia Road) featuring himself and white VW in the background! Good range of wine and beers, great music (not all Beatles.) Recommend the bar whether or not you are a Beatle fan!

Great beer along the Camino.

I thought I would not be drinking an IPA until I returned to the states. This is the place for beer, tapas, and great music. Beatles theme is not kitschy at all but very cool. One of the owners Miguel was behind the bar. Very cool dude. I would highly recommend this bar to anyone who wants to have a good time and a good beer.

Great place and atmosphere right outside of the old city, 5 min walk from the plaza mayor....at least on the way to the bar ! This place is everything you can dream of for a fun night in town - great gin tonics with many different gins to choose from (& plenty other things) great music (Beatles and much more) and great people. Round of applause for the staff.
