The owner Elio is amazing! He is answering at all questions you have and he provides best service. I ordered on line for some friends and my sister in law too jamon iberico and some other products in jars and cans. They received it very fast and enjoyed. I visited this small place on a food tour of Seville, and got to taste Iberian ham, tenderloin, chorizo, and some cheeses. It was amazing. I actually went back later that day and bought two meat and cheese sandwiches. Incredible! The owner is so enthusiastic about his work, and does a great job explaining the Iberian pig pedigree and meat curing process. You will understand why a whole leg costs so much, as it takes a lot of living space for each pig and then three to four years of careful curing to produce the excellent meat. If I lived in Seville, I would go here several times a week. Definitely try it!…

Read a bunch of reviews and had to visit. We let the owner know we saw all of the reviews on tripadvisor and wanted to learn about the Sherry. He let us try 3-4 different types and told us about each one... we left with 3 bottles, finished one that night, went back the next day to buy another - that yummy. He also let my boyfriend sample different cheeses - of course he had to take one. He gave us a wonderful recommendation to one of his friends restaurants, and let me tell you, it was delicious. I wanted to buy everything in that store. Must go and try different things!…
