Near our hotel (Jagdhotel Gabelbach) there was an extensive range of footpaths through the Thuringia area. The short 1km walk to Kichelhahn Hill maintained a steady incline through nice pine forest with mist shrouded valley views. There were regular markings to keep you on track....More
