My better half wanted to visit the chocolate museum in Halle and so we went. I was not that keen on it as these venues are often just sales traps for over-priced company merchandise. At any rate, I was surprised at how good the museum...More

Interesting and fun. The history is quite eye opening. Information is written in German and English. The kids really enjoyed it. I've never gotten sick of smelling chocolate but interestingly enough I actually ate too much of the samples. How is that even possible????

It was a joyful noise experience for me. I was allowed to taste some delicious chocolates and some bad ones too! But it is a good place to visit and buy some chocolates. It's worth visiting. Don't miss it .

A much bigger and more comprehensive museum than I was expecting. Enjoyed plenty of free samples on the way round.

Europe's oldest chocolate factory with wide variety of choices. One of the best chocolate available in Germany from Halle. Nice variety and attractive to all age groups I personally buy in every visit to halle .

Not a must do, quite pricy for a (small) museum which mainly focusess on itself (halloren schokolade company and its history). But for a rainy day, good trip with kids, not much tasting, but enough to do and see, including a nice view of the...More

Nice little museum of chocolade , great for kids, however it is definetely not a must see. The shop at the first floor is also great with a large variety of goods and prices.

Hello, pleased to be able to help you: the entry fee for adults was 6 euros per person when we visited last May, but it was worthwhile paying!
