Spent the afternoon learning about Robert Schumann and appreciating his music. Very educational and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Guides in English too.

Yes, the Schumann Haus is closed Mondays, as most museums are in Germany. I recommend Tue-Fri, so you have plenty of time to see everything, It's worth it. Tickets are free, if you don't take pictures (€15).
