Group tours offer the chance to see the assembly process for the VW e-golf. It is slick, spotlessly clean and exactly what you would anticipate from a modern day German factory. An equally impressive restaurant, a look into future VW electric vehicles and a VR...More

Travelling on the tram back into Dresden and suddenly came upon this transparent factory. Most unusual - but quite stunning.

Awesome place to visit... came with a large group of teenagers and adults... amazing to learn their first electric car was in 1976 !!! Love the innovation and creativity they share.

Unable to get a reservation for a tour of the Zaha Hadid-designed BMW factory in Leipzig, this turned out to be a great second choice. The building and factory has to be a disappointment to VW. Built as a showcase, the Phaeton (a loser attempt...More

I've been going on factory tours ever since I was a kid, and I can safely say this is the best one I've ever done. You actually get to walk on to the factory floor and the tour guide I had was fantastic with making all...More

One of the most interesting tours I've ever been on and I'm not even mechanically inclined. Tour guide Alex walked us through the assembly stages above and incredibly on the factory floor, with just the right amout of technology and humour. It's well worth the...More
