From the sculpted cherry nut to the astonishing sculptures, amazement is everywhere in this gallery. It was nice to see that these people could afford so unnecessary beautiful items!!

There has been recent changes in the collections between " Das Residenzschloss", "Neues Grünes Gewölbe", "Historisches Grünes Gewölbe" and to add to the confusion also from the " Staatlichen Kunstsammlungen Dresden " !?. This creates confusion at the start of your visit. The best is...More

Amazing collection. The aim of the Saxons dukes and princess is exposed here. Gold, silver, pearls, jewels... A true treasure of 300 years ago. A must see in Dresden

This green vault is Europe’s most expensive collection of treasure chambers. You can even see the big green diamond from Aurangzeb’s court and its precious crown jewels. Don’t ask me why and how has it landed here all the way from India. No one knows!

Incredible artefacts, gems and treasures can be found here! The Grünes Gewölbe in Dresden is a unique historic museum and contains the largest collection of treasures ,it features a rich variety of marvels from the Baroque to Classicism. Well worth a visit when in Dresden.

We didn't go see the Historisches G G but Neues Grünes Gewölbe is really worth the cost of entry. Don't miss the Grand Moguls birthday party by Dinglinger, it's absolutely amazing!
