When I came upon this monument I was confused as the text looks like it was engraved in a rush. It has historic value, but the gravity of it seemed compromised by the simple carving technique.

Only the historic value can be reported of this fountain; being dedicated to Napoleon Russian expedition. Other than that it is not impressive by all means.
