An awesome collection of military "stuff" -- from handguns to a Mig23 and a Leopard II tank. An Enigma decoder was even tucked away on one of the upper floors. The building itself is pretty bland, providing more of a warehouse feel than a museum...More

We live in east Belgium so we were doubting to drive the 240km to Koblenz to see the museum. It was totally worth the drive. Can't believe it costs only 3 euro per person. Everything very interesting, we spend 1.5 hours at the museum!

Don't trust Apple Maps to get you here, use Waze to ensure you get to the parking lot. All signage is in German; they do have a English-language brochure with some basic info on it. The scale of the collection is impressive & it's not...More

Ok. Must admit that I haven' seen every military museum in Europe, but this must be a contender. And by the way, it isn't a museum, it's a collection of military vehichles and equipmemt, and it's all in working order. It's unbeliveble cheap to get...More

We visited this museum with the family and all were very interested and positively surprised. There is a huge number of "not so old" tanks and planes to be seen. The main building is a 4 store filled with weapons, communication systems, observation systems, army...More

There are very small lockers that will hold a small bag or backpack. Bags are not allowed inside the museum. If I remember correctly the lockers required a 1 euro coin.
