A very helpful introduction to the mandatory for beer lovers places in Altstadt and to Düsseldorf's bar culture in general. Ebo was a really competent and dedicated guide, who presented historical, technological and nutrition facts among others.

Our guide Kristoffer was excellent on our English speaking tour. Knew his stuff, was very welcoming and entertaining. Only criticism was size of group (due to an earlier tour not taking place) which meant we were huddled outside in the cold for most of the...More

Tour Guide was good, range of breweries was interesting, but as a tour being advertised in German and in English, it was mostly in German. We had little snippets of the tour in English, but felt that we didn't seem to be part of the...More

A great way to see the city and learn about its beer making history. The tour guide was passionate and gave my partner and I our own private English explanations as we were the only English speakers in the group. I'm not a regular beer...More

We were in Dusseldorf for 2.5 days and decided to do the Altbier Safari one afternoon. Our tour guide, Kristoffer, was very personable and gave us a lot of good information on the beer and also on the surrounding areas and breweries we visited. It...More

We were a total of 18 for the tour which was good. The tourguid was a student from Düsseldorf who grew up there, so she knew a lot about the bars etc. She did it very well. It was interesting, however we didn't really like...More

12 Irish lads got a altbier tour by a crazy Corkonian who struggled to speak English at times but kept us laughing. Some of the alt biers won't be to everybody's taste but we all agreed that Schumacher was the easiest to drink. The tour...More

We had an Altbeer safari with friends and were disappointed as due to the group size in most of the locations we could not hear the comments. The brewery visit at Kürzer brewery was a short explanation how beer is brewed and again there we...More

Hi Ann Kathrin, thanks for your feedback. Yes, we know, that the mixture of groups (stag partys vs. beer interested people) is sometimes a problem and we are working on a solution, but right now we don't know in advance, for what reasons our guests...More
