Stopped off after stage 2 of the Tour de France. What a quirky place! A great section about directors, an eclectic costume collection and a superb collection of pre-cinema stuff to enjoy. Worth €5 of anyone's money.

This museum is just what a museum should be like: Interesting and interactive. There are 3,5 floors filled with history, and it covers European and some American and Asian films and directors. Various forms of animation is also described. On display were also different costumes...More

My boys aged 10 to 14 demand a decent contemporary information in context over time and culture. The Film Museum delivers! After 3 hours they still could come to an end, so I had to lure them out by promise of food and drink... Perfect...More
