Unfortunately all there is to see, you have to watch from behind the gate. So for me this makes it a little less special. The church itself we wanted to visit to, but it was closed at that time.

Dating back to the Middle Ages, Old St. Albans was one of Cologne's oldest churches. All that is left now are the ruins. "The Mourning Parents" statues date back to 1953, commemorating the fallen lives of both World Wars.
