This facility is incredible. I've gotten pretty into visiting thermal baths and spas in the last couple years and Claudius Therme delivered a great variety of different pools, saunas, steam rooms, drinking fountains, and areas to keep yourself amused for a few hours. As a...More

We had a few relaxing hours here and enjoyed our stay. The decoration is a bit old fashioned, especially the ceiling. But all in all it's quite nice. The food in the restaurant is good and the staff was very friendly.

I highly recommend this as a place to enjoy some relaxation time with a partner. The outdoor pool looking over the Rhine park is a particular highlight! And being able to take some refreshments in the restaurant while still in the bathrobe is very novel!...More

We went during winter, and it was just lovely relaxing in the thermal pool. The highlight was being in the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi relaxing in the midst of the cold breeze and weather. Was absolutely lovely. We heard so many great things about the...More

Really enjoyed the baths and spa experience. It was a great relaxing way to spend New Year’s Day and the opening hours were pretty much as usual. Spent 4hours there including spa access and could easily have been there longer. Had light lunch in the...More

Interesting experience! But an important notes for travelers- don't forget to take with you swimming shorts and bathrobe. If you like visiting German therms, you know it's absolutely not necessary for them:))) Banya was amazing!

We stayed in the Alt-Stadt Cologne and cycled on Sunday to the Claudius. A million people heading in the same direction and we had visions of stampedes. However, the thermen was an oasis of peace. We spend an hour pottering in the water. Most joys...More

Yes you have to pay for the salt water pool but I didn’t as had more than enough to occupy 4 hours without. Not sure about children pricing. I emailed them ahead of my visit and they replied very quickly.
