If you have some spare time and would like to take a walk this is the place to go. The palais looks fantastic as does the entire place. It is not a must do but it is pretty nice though I must admit that the...More

The botanical gardens are free to get in which is always great for a day out! Big park and good seating area if you want to take some time here! There is a "cafe" although this is pretty expensive for what you get! The location...More

It's one of those locations that's often overlooked due to it's proximity to the Zoo. You tend to do one or the other if you're a tourist, never both. But you should! It's really not that large and can be enjoyed in less than an...More

If you happen upon the botanical gardens in Cologne. Enjoy! Great for a quiet sunset walk, a romantic picnic or to people watch. However, I’d not go out of my way to return.

Decided to get off the tourist bus and take a walk. The gardens are beautiful and provide a nice quiet place to spend 30 minutes to two hours. Even not one of Cologne's top tourist attractions, I'd highly recommend it.

The Botanical Gardens could be wonderful but they need a lot more care and attention and weeding ! The cafe was good and environmentally friendly - all served as a picnic.

We visited on the last day of our weekend trip, the gardens are simply stunning. Very peaceful, the perfect place for a sunday stroll. I would definetly recommend squeezing in a visit.

Nicely maintained botanical garden in Cologne. Great opportunity for photographing family and friends with colorful backdrops. Imagine it would be a great place for a wedding ceremony. This attraction is across the street from the zoo so a combined visit of these two would be...More
