This place comes highly recommended. Run by volunteers who put a lot of heart, personal effort and time into this project, it's a true gem in the city's cultural scene.
When you get the chance, go and take the family. Dwell upon a time when phone books, heavy TV-sets, Pac-Man and arcade games dominated our upbringing and tell your kids all about the good times before you enter a game of Pong in one of the cosy "living rooms" or have a beverage at the bar.
Entry fees are cheap and you get to ask the team all sorts of questions. They organize pretty great events, too.
So have a look at the website to make sure they are open and maybe you'll step into something wonderful.
Enjoy!

We discovered this museum as part of our work scouting locations for a photo shoot.
Really interesting small museum which would appeal to both children and adults alike.
It is small, so you could fit it into a tight itinerary, but with enough items to make a visit worthwhile.
People are lovely.
The exterior is a little run down, but inside is nicely arranged.
Check opening times before heading over.
