Tremendous looking building, somewhat out of proportion given the size of Hannover as a city. But that's what you get when British royal family have roots in your city. It's free to enter, and interior is equally amazing, with great miniatures how city looked and...More

This is a magnificent gothic building. It looks far older then what it is, being opened in 1913 and known as the new town hall. It towers almost a hundred metres high and is a really fine and detailed building that perfectly represents the city....More

We parked out car here to take a walk. This is an amazing and well-preserved building adjacent to a lake and park.

It is one of the most important thing to visit. It is easy to find and it is free to enter and see interior , where you can see maps from Hannover in different time and see the development of the city.

Ok. Definitely worth visiting if you are in Hannover. Beautiful architecture. Not much else to say. Worth a walk there though.

Worth a visit for sure. I went on a Sunday morning about 10 am and it was perfect. The place was nearly empty so I could take as many photos as I wanted without interruption..score! The pond behind the building was frozen and it was...More

Absolutely stunning city hall building. Spare some time to enter inside and wonder around multiple floors of this wonderful building which is free of charge. City models at the ground floor give a nice idea how Hanover has expanded since the middle ages and how...More

Ok to be there, but not very much to see. Some nice sculpures and architecture. But the terasse view was closed for winter.
