This museum has amazing exhibits but we were surprised at how little interactive activities there were for children- given the topic of natural history it would have been so easy to do this, like the bird calling game upstairs which we loved. Not all of...More

Comprehensive content. Plenty of fossils there (exhibits, not visitors) if that is your thing. Very impressive collection of dinosaur bones there, most of them belonging to full skeletons. T-Rex, triceratops and others are there in all their glory. The collection of stuffed birds interested me,...More

Design of the museum is nothing fancy. However, it attracts you to stay for hours by its very rich content. In each session, you can find many species in the display. Many people like the dinosaurs at ground floor. The cafe at 2nd Floor is...More

We enjoyed our time in the museum. The dinosaur display is cleverly presented in that you get a good feel for the size of these ancient animals. When we did a city bus tour, the commentary said that this is one of the leading natural...More

Most of the items in the dinosaur section were replicas of things in other museum. This was a little disappointing. Large sections of stuffed animals also god a bit boring. The bones of "Lucy" (which I believe were original) were impressive.
