It is one of the best options in terms of offer of movies in OV, however the service of the snacks is pretty bad, often is crowded, not all the cashiers open and very rude personnel.

I've been here many times but always when it was usually crowded. AND I HAVEN't seen any mice. But now , with the room 30% full I saw some mice. Keep'd my eyes opened for them during the movie. Wtf?

When you want to watch a movie at the cinema in Frankfurt, this is the only place to go to. German ones are mixed with original versions. It is the only "premiere like" cinema palace in the city.

This movie theatre is just weird. It has no charme or any sort of atmosphere and look more like it's about to be closed. Which it probably should be, to be refurbished. Most bits are old and tacky, the escalators aren't working and the toilets......More

The good is that it does show English movies more often than any other cinema. They have tiered seating and the chairs are comfortable and include a cup holder. The bad is they have lineups only because they don't hire enough staff. The sound to...More

Saw Boss Baby in 3D in the afternoon on a Sunday. No line, quick ticket area, cashier was friendly and explained everything. Good selection of yummy goodies. Bathroom was clean. Big screens in English.

Came here for opening night of Guardians of the Galaxy 2 and got tickets no problems. €14 each including 3D glasses, so normal city cinema prices. They were showing a wide range of films and a good number of screenings in English too! Impressive and...More

1) Understaffed, so you wait in line to buy tickets for 15 minutes 2) No customer service, they don't care, as there is no one in charge to take responsibility 3) Slow service everywhere 4) Dirty environment and stinky toilets, used hundreds of times without...More

I really like the fact they have original version of the movies. American movies translated into German makes no sense and the actor/actresses voices. The lines to purchase your ticket is long and lengthly in time so go early or buy your ticket online prior...More

Heads up, you have to pay for your 3D glasses if you want any for your 3D film. Even though you've already paid €13,50 per ticket. Ridiculous. Never heard of this anywhere else. It's not like this is a super fancy theater anyway. Wouldn't return,...More
