Thanks to our tour guide, we learned quite a lot about the history and function of the Warehouse District of Hamburg port. However, the nearby modern buildings and offices are a shame to ruin the atmosphere.

Historical warehouse area of Hamburg right on the Elbe river. There are several shops and places to visit while in the area.

Lovely historical area of Hamburg. Not that easy to park but very interesting to go. You will find the old seats of the imports company. Also visit the Philharmonic
