We've done a lot of cruises and this is one of the most efficient cruise ports I have visited. very small lines, large and new building, kind employees.

Boarded the Queen Mary 2 from the docks in Hamburg , and it cost 25.00 euros from the Novum Hotel Kronprinz, Hauptbahn hof. The shop had only orange juice and the shelves were empty. It too 85 minutes from enter to booking desk, patience ,patience.

A 1 day port of call on a baltic cruise. Terminal clean and tidy with good WIFI connections available. Some snacks available.
