Ever been on a real submarine? This is a cool marine treasure to step aboard and walk around. Entry was easy and you get a nice view of the vessel before getting in. So informative on a leaflet handed at the ticket office. Not too...More

You either like this sort of stuff or you don't. I do and wasn't disappointed. The submarine is well preserved - it must have been terribly cramped serving on this thing. You probably won't spend much more than 30 minutes on board, but for 9...More

€9 for entry which was definitely worth paying for such an amazing trip. Staff were helpful. We didn’t opt for the guided tour but didn’t notice any sections we weren’t able to enter, I’m not sure if this was just a fluke as the other...More

See U-Boot museum U-434, where you can see my explanation of this touristic attraction. A Top in Hamburg.

Although we did not do a tour of any kind, just to be on and experience the size of a submarine was amazing. It was such an eye opener to see how staff on board lived and worked. A real one-off experience and for less...More

Admission €10 senior citizens €7 nice gift shop and very helpful booking staff. Tour very interesting although I wouldn’t recommend if your claustrophobic for obvious reasons-our visit was not a guided tour and we wandered through the sub and our own pace and managed the...More

This was an interesting way to pass time. I would say it is a little pricey for the time you're on it - especially if you don't speak German so are unable to take the tour. Me and my friend spent the majority of the...More

We both wanted to know what it was like to be aboard this type of vessel and were willing to pay extra for a guided tour, however this is only available in German, which is astounding in this day and age!! Consequently we did the...More

We visited the U-Boot museum and went inside the submarine. We didn’t take part in a guided tour - which are all only in German anyway - and were in and out in about twenty minutes. The Soviet submarine is narrow and tight inside but...More

When going to the famous Fishmarket on Sunday we were surprised to see the U-Boot. A submarine that stopped activity during the early 2000. Tour will take around 30 mins max. Nice to take some pics outside as well.
