Greetings! My name is Eyal Roth and I'm a tour guide in Berlin with over six years of experience. My focus is the Jewish heritage tour of Berlin. A tour that focuses on the Jewish community of Berlin from early settlement to the Second World War. The Jewish tour is a great way to gain insight into what is a complex and loaded story. The Jewish tour can take a few forms depending on your specific interests and the time you have in the city. In addition I also offer other exciting walking tours of the city. The Tours are private tours that can be made to fit your needs and interests.

We were ambivalent about coming to Berlin. Eyal’s well researched, informative and moving tour made us feel like we were bearing witness to and honoring the memory and suffering of Jewish Berlin. Eyal’s passion, charisma and intelligence animate this worthwhile tour and it is not...More

Booking a tour with Eyal was one of the best decisions I made on our trip to Berlin. He met us at our hotel and took us all over the city to landmarks. If you can I suggest seeing the platform 17 Memorial, it was...More

Eyal was highly recommended to us by friends and were were very pleased. We had a five hour walking & subway tour, often going to out of the way areas, of which we were totally unaware. We really got a feel for what is was...More

Eyal tailored a tour for my wife and me and another couple that combined Jewish history and the more conventional Berlin sights. He was limited to a relatively narrow window of time (about 5 hours) between our arrival at the Berlin train station (coming from...More

Eyal has an incredible way of engaging you and making you stop and think about what you are seeing and why it's significant. He maintained a good pace and pointed out so many things we might have just walked by on our own. We recommend...More

We did two tours of Berlin with Eyal. A general tour and a Jewish tour. Both were hugely enjoyable. He was the perfect guide. Extremely knowledgeable and brilliant at explaining difficult topics. Highly recommend. 5 stars. Thank you, Eyal.

No Berlin neighbourhood is more popular with the young
and jet-set crowd than the old worker's district of
Neukölln. With so many Turkish settled here, the area
became known as “Little Istanbul“. Today the
percentage of foreigners is still high and visitors
still frequent the Turkish shisha bars. In the
daytime, they also visit the designer shops and sit by
the canal in one of the street cafés up and down
