While you are visiting the classic museums, you will likely pass through this square, very green in the summer. And the famous statue, very pleasant.

Everybody - youngsters, old people, families - come here to sit in the grass, play football, kiss, have a picnic, take a nap ... it's sooo cosy to sit here and watch life pass by for a moment or three.

Prenlauer district - One of the great places to visit and I imagine to live. People working, drinking coffee, wine, walking barefoot, beautiful but unpretentious. Park is one of the centers.

Nice to visit this square. Lot of restaurants around the square and a small park in the middle. Nice to hang out.

Been there at around 13:00, not a large market but still some good things to try and eat. Great hotdogs, Dal and homemade pasta. Recommend!

No Berlin neighbourhood has undergone a greater change
than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists
that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in
the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip
crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were
once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall,
there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have
