Plan to spend the full day if you really want to take it all in. We arrived at the 10am opening and were there all day except for a break for lunch. The paintings are indescribably beautiful and there are so many it's almost overwhelming.

If you like art and religious art then this is the perfect place to visit. We purchased a museum pass and therefore got in ‘free’ with the ticket. Similar to the Bode museum lots of religious art work, beautiful pieces. Well worth a visit!

This has so many wonderful art works in it. The collection from Netherlandish artists is pretty-much unsurpassed, and it has magnificent Rembrandts and so much more. A lovely building to set the pieces off, too.

Very clearly laid out, several old Master paintings with good explanations. Go early to avoid too many people.
