Straight opposite from Castle and Park „Charlottenburg“ it makes sense to visit Museum Berggrün as well. It’s housing a astonishing collection of fine art.

Superb collection of early 20th century art with a particular focus on Picasso (100 pieces) and Klee (60 pieces). Do not expect the large pieces by Matisse, Picasso, and others, but a great collection of pieces that are smaller in size. I found it surprising...More

The collection of one man and his family. When I said less, there are plenty of paintings etc but the way they are hung/laid out makes the whole place less busy than many museums and all the more enjoyable for it. Great building with a...More

We really enjoyed our visit here. This is a relatively small museum (you can see it all in one visit) that used to be a private collection. Over 120 Picasso works spanning his whole career. Not all masterworks, but very interesting regardless. Also works by...More

A Nice small museum with about 100 paintings by Picasso, as well as paintings by Matisse, Cézanne , Paul Klee and Marc Chagall plus a few sculptures by Giocametti.

The collection is not very distinguished. Picasso is the best represented, and there are a few fine works, but hardly worth the trouble of a visit.
