You can’t miss this statue if you’re wondering the streets of the old town, the big rabbit is a bit eerie, and it’s so overwhelming the small one I almost missed it.

Found below the Nuremberg Castle is an interesting, if not bizarre, sculpture. It is well worth spending some time viewing it from difference angles. It's free and it provides an interesting photo opportunity.

An interesting if not pleasant piece of sculpture which is almost impossible to miss if you wander around the old town, visit the Albrecht Durer House or the castle.

Finally something a bit weird made into art in a historic place. Life isnt always beautiful amd saintly, and this rabbit is a good macabre representation of this fact. It reminds me of the Rats of Nimh and the evil rabbit in Watership Down.

On a walking tour around this delightful city we came across this totally weird monument of a dead hare. Quite large and unattractive. Would not recommend looking for this unless you like this kind of thing ??

The hare is located just down the hill from the castle in a small square. It is certainly large and impressive but a little grotesque. Just across the road is the house where Albrecht Dürer lived which we didn't have time to visit during our...More

This I discovered accidentally - noticed a girl sitiing and reading a book, alone, in the middle of a small market, full of cafes, terraces and tourists. Then the monument itself cought my eye. I am not sure what it means, but it looks different...More

A very bizarre monument in a tucked away square. People have a variety of feelings and emotions after seeing it - they are either intrigued by it or quickly walk away from it shaking their heads.
