Large museum with a focus on medieval and early modern art. Also special exhibitions. A large and great museum - take your time, at least four hours, if you have never been there before.

We spent a good couple of hours here enjoying the many facets it had to offer. Thoroughly delighted by the doll houses in the toy museum and the early globe of the world is a treasure not to be missed.

It is about 10 minutes from Augustinerstrasse. You have to go in direction Hauptbahnhof (main railway station) and on the way you will find a guidepost to the museum.
