An interesting city gate, great for photo opportunities. It leads onto one of Munich's best shopping streets, which eventually ends up at Marienplatz.

Old town city gate and leads to Marienplatz and shopping areas. Nothing revolutionary, you'll pass through it.

You will likely pass through this gate if you come to the city center from the train station. If not, it’s not really worth a separate trip. It’s large, but just a small section of wall with an arched opening.

You will likely pass through this gate when you go to do shopping or to walk to the Marienplatz. It is a big old port way. I don’t suggest going out of your way to see it

Giants could walk through this gate. It is enormous. I was very impressed when I first walked up to it except it did not have any banners on it.
